Brotee a company for social change was founded in 1992 with a vision to achieve atma shakti (strength of the soul) and freedom to determine social change. Brotee is a self supported organization trying to mobilize local resources, local capital, local technology and options to seek and establish a sustainable drinking water system in the village. It has adopted fourteen villages and has been able to start a pilot project in only these villages with very promising results. Currently, the arsenic affected people of Kalashgram and Char Aicha and Brotee are working together to preserve rainwater in ponds.
