Zoey Farooq
Zoey graduated with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Communications from Clark University. She recently completed her Masters in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and currently works at a PR agency in Boston. Zoey’s background in the creative and strategic aspects of marketing and public relations gives her the perfect opportunity to spearhead the marketing and PR activities for DP Boston’s chapter launch. Zoey grew up all over the world and having never lived in Bangladesh, she felt she wanted to get involved with Drishtipat to learn more about Bangladesh and meet like-minded young expatriate Bangladeshis who shared a similar goal in wanting to help improve the lives of those less fortunate back at home.
